¨ Please see the notes below from the Golf Professional Staff, for your safety:
o Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to drive golf cars at any time.
o Fishing is NOT permitted on the grounds of Polo Fields at any time.
o Motorized vehicles of any kind, outside of golf cars and maintenance vehicles are not permitted on the golf course at any time.
¨ Please be advised of the following Community Reminders:
o No motor vehicles are to be parked on any street.
o No bus, mobile home, motor home, trailer, motorcycle, commercial vehicle, camper, camper unit or boat shall be parked on any lot unless housed in a closed garage.
o Any exterior modifications to your home (including storm doors, fences, decks, landscaping and satellite dish) must be approved in writing by the Board of Directors prior to modification. Please contact Barb Kaelin (435-2191) for an application and any information you will need prior to turning in your application.
o Kentucky Commercial Services is no longer the Management Company for our Association. Polo Fields Community Association has taken over Management. The new statements for each homeowner will be mailed shortly as all accounts are being audited for accuracy.
o Monthly social membership dues are due on or before the 1st day of each month.
o A friendly reminder to maintain the beauty of the Polo Fields, it is time for yard work! Please refer to the Community Association Newsletter for requirements and Landscaping Company information.
